Who we are

CarePlanPay is an independent software tool for provider record keeping and invoice preparation. It is built for small providers who want a clearer way to organise records before sending invoices.

Not government or NDIS

CarePlanPay is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the NDIA or NDIS. It is independent software and does not act for any government agency.

What CarePlanPay does

CarePlanPay helps providers organise service records, participant and provider details, support notes, invoice preparation, invoice PDFs, support note PDFs, and manual invoice email workflows.

What CarePlanPay does not do

  • CarePlanPay does not approve claims.
  • CarePlanPay does not guarantee payment.
  • CarePlanPay does not submit NDIS payment requests unless a future feature explicitly says so.
  • CarePlanPay does not provide legal, accounting, tax, clinical, or NDIS advice.
  • CarePlanPay does not replace provider judgement or provider obligations.

Provider responsibility

Providers remain responsible for checking participant plans, service agreements, pricing rules, delivered supports, records, invoice details, and whether invoices should be issued.

User responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information, keep account access secure, and only upload documents or records they are authorised to use.

Early access

CarePlanPay may change during early access. Features may be added, changed, limited, or removed. Support is manual and best-effort during early access.

Availability

We aim to keep CarePlanPay available and reliable, but maintenance, interruptions, errors, or delays may occur. We do not promise uninterrupted service.

Data and documents

Users are responsible for retaining their own business records. CarePlanPay helps organise and export records, but it should not be the only place a provider keeps required records.

Acceptable use

  • Do not enter false invoice or support information.
  • Do not upload data unless you have authority to use it.
  • Do not try to bypass access controls or security checks.
  • Do not use CarePlanPay for harassment, unlawful conduct, collection threats, or misleading statements.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, CarePlanPay's liability is limited. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
