Billing, Cancellation and Refunds

• Solo: $10/month early access, later $20/month for new customers.
• Provider: $25/month early access, later $50/month for new customers.
• Pro / Trace: coming soon.

CarePlanPay early access is a monthly subscription. Stripe handles card and payment processing. CarePlanPay does not store full card numbers.

Checkout may be enabled gradually during early access. If checkout is not available, request access.

During early access, cancellation requests are handled manually. Email support@careplanpay.io. Cancellation takes effect as soon as reasonably processed, and we will confirm by email.

Refund requests are handled case-by-case during early access. Australian Consumer Law rights are not excluded. We may consider refunds for duplicate charges, accidental billing, or service access problems.

Early-access pricing may change for new customers later. We will give reasonable notice before changing an existing customer's subscription price.

If payment fails, billing may need review. We will keep this process practical and reasonable during early access.
